We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order management. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with their selections based on their preferences and dietary needs
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail service, wine pairings, spirits, and beverage recommendations to enhance the dining experience
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine interest in guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and provide correct change or receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery; assist with basic food handling and food preparation when needed
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons
• Support sanitation efforts through proper food handling practices and adherence to health regulations
• Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize restaurant capacity during busy hours

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques
• Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to increase sales while maintaining excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices
• Experience working in hospitality environments that emphasize guest relations and service excellence
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions effectively
