Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and setting up dining areas as needed

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions
• Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices
• Previous nightclub or beverage-focused service experience is advantageous
