Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, or specialty cocktails to enhance guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized recommendations

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions
• Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities

Pay: $22.61 - $27.23 per hour
