Server

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as a cashier
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt and efficient service to guests
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Create a hospitable and welcoming environment for guests
• Handle food safely and follow proper food-handling procedures
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area
• Ensuring food and beverage quality is to the highest standard
• Must be available to work weekends
• Energetic and personable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and ensure efficient service
• Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and bill calculations
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members in English and French.
