Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food cocktails and beverages, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Previous food service experience is preferred

Duties

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently, including handling cash register operations and making change as needed
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shift
• Basic math skills are required for processing transactions and managing cash accurately
• Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
• Experience with POS systems but training will be provided if necessary
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
