In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments accurately
• Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and premium selections to enhance guest experience and sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist in food preparation or kitchen support when needed during busy periods
• Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge to recommend drinks and answer guest questions confidently
• Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; Previous Korean BBQ experience is a huge plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for processing transactions are essential
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of korean language and spanish language will be a differential
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation procedures
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently
• Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations and service excellence

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
