Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards, maintaining attention to detail.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering duties.
• Uphold food safety standards and adhere to all health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
