Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our vibrant bar and lounge environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience through efficient order taking, beverage service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with POS systems, and experience in food and beverage service.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including cocktail orders, utilizing POS systems efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Serve cocktails with skill and attention to detail, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced bar and lounge setting while providing attentive service.
• Handle payments accurately using POS systems and process transactions smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bar team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold safety standards and promote a positive environment for both guests and staff.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, preferably in a bar or lounge setting.
• Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Cocktail experience with knowledge of drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Friendly demeanor with a team-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to food handling and alcohol service is preferred.

Pay: From $7.25 per hour
