Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas following food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation and beverage service, including cocktail mixing and wine pouring
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining, or nightlife venues is highly preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently
• Basic math skills for bill calculation and change handling
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for supporting food prep when needed
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in nightlife or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
