Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommend items to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Support host/host duties as needed, managing guest flow effectively during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
