Our dynamic restaurant offers unique and flavorful Americana fare expanded into four menus: day, dinner, mid-day, and brunch, paired with a bar program offering everything from draft beers to craft cocktails. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they are seated in a timely fashion.
• Take accurate food and drink orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests, checking in to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including resetting tables and refilling drinks.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all restaurant safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of past service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as carry heavy trays and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
