Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order management. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a welcoming attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Process cash, credit card transactions, and sales through POS systems efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions about menu items, offering recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs seamlessly.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations required for safe service.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and guest relations expertise.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively hospitality environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $28.08 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 15.0 per week
