Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order processing. Duties

• Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate orders using our POS system such as Toast POS, ensuring all details are correct for timely delivery.
• Serve food and beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with professionalism and flair.
• Upsell menu items and drink options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
• Process cash transactions and credit card payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while managing multiple tables during busy hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining
• Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and drink presentation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle guest relations professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips.
• Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation standards required by food safety regulations.
• Experience with food preparation, bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support is a plus.
