Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include upselling, bussing tables, operating the POS system, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Utilize the POS system to process orders and payments
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to upsell and promote additional menu items
• Proficient in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Experience operating a POS system
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience with basic math skills for accurate transactions
