Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance guest satisfaction
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout each shift
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and give correct change
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain a clean and organized environment

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple tables or sections
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy
• Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar platforms is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy are essential
• Prior host/hostess or serving experience will be considered an asset for this energetic role
