WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Skills:

· Speed & Efficiency – Every second counts.

· Stamina – Comfortable standing/walking 6–8 hours and performing under physical stress.

· Multitasking Mastery – Juggling 5+ tables, drink orders, side work, and guest questions—all at once.

· POS Proficiency – Tech-savvy enough to ring in orders without breaking stride.

Personality Traits:

· Grace Under Pressure – Cool, calm, and collected when the line’s out the door and the dining room is packed.

· Team Player – You pre-bus, you run food, you help coworkers—because no one sinks alone.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).

· Must be available for weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver exceptional table service with precision and speed.

· Maintain deep menu knowledge to answer questions and make recommendations.

· Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues on the spot.

· Keep your section clean, organized, and ready for the next wave.

· Work side-by-side with the team to keep service flowing seamlessly.
