· Speed & Efficiency

· Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours and work well under physical stress.

· Multitasking: Juggling 5+ tables, drink orders, and side work simultaneously.

· Menu Knowledge: Quickly learning menu items, specials, and ingredients.

· POS System Proficiency.

Personality Traits:

· Grace Under Pressure: Does not get flustered when the line is long and the dining room is full.

· Team Player: Willing to help others, pre-bus tables, and help the co-workers.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).

· Must be available for [Weekends/Holidays/Night Shifts].

· TIPS Certification
