Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS or Clover or similar platforms
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage service stations
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting tables promptly, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightclubs is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Square POS or Clover POS
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts with multiple tables or stations
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transaction
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in hospitality environments that require multitasking under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
