Server

The Server is responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest through attentive service, professionalism, and teamwork. Servers are expected to support all aspects of restaurant operations and contribute to a positive guest experience from start to finish. Responsibilities should be completed efficiently, accurately, and with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow all steps of service and hospitality standards established by management
• Properly verify guest identification before serving alcoholic beverages
• Complete all required training programs and ongoing education assigned by management
• Maintain strong knowledge of all food, beverage, and menu offerings
• Understand menu ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Complete all assigned side work before, during, and after each shift
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere
• Uphold company performance and service standards through positive professionalism
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
