We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process sales transactions efficiently
• Provide expert guidance on menu selections, including wine and spirits recommendations, upselling items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments through POS systems, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly
• Maintain knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive dining experience

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing payments and calculating bills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest interactions
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary food handling certifications prior to employment
• Experience with bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or supporting kitchen staff is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required in a fast-paced restaurant setting
