Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink options to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items like wines, specialty cocktails, or desserts to maximize sales opportunities and elevate guest satisfaction
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, process payments swiftly, and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed
• Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest relations, hospitality standards, and food safety protocols
