Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and punctual Server to join our team at our Japanese all-you-can-eat (AYCE) restaurant. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player. Teamwork is important in our restaurant, and all team members are expected to support and help each other when needed.

Previous food service experience is preferred, and experience with Japanese cuisine or AYCE restaurants is a plus. Candidates should have flexible availability throughout the week and be able to work both weekdays and weekends as scheduled.

Pay: $3.50–$5.50 per hour + tips

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly while providing friendly and attentive service
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about menu items and restaurant policies
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain clean and organized tables and work areas throughout the shift
• Work together with team members and help each other as needed, especially during busy periods
• Assist with greeting and seating guests when the host is busy or additional support is needed
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred
• Japanese restaurant or AYCE experience is a plus
• Friendly and professional with good customer service skills
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Strong teamwork and willingness to help others
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using POS systems and processing payments
• Must have flexible availability throughout the week and be able to work both weekdays and weekends as scheduled

Pay: $3.50 - $5.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
