About Tee Off

Tee Off Golf Lounge is a premium indoor golf simulator bar and lounge in South Barrington with 10 simulator bays and a full bar. We're looking for upbeat, reliable people who love great service.

Pay: $9.00/hr base + tips. You're guaranteed at least $15.00/hr. If your base pay plus tips falls short of $15/hr in a pay period, we make up the difference.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, get them settled in their bay, and help with simulator check-in basics
• Take food and drink orders and run them to bays
• Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly
• Handle payments and tabs on the POS
• Suggest add-ons, event packages, and memberships
• Bus bays, restock, and complete opening/closing side work
• Support private events, parties, and leagues

Requirements

• 18 or older (required to serve alcohol)
• Valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 18+ required at interview and hire
• Current Illinois food handler certificate
• Illinois BASSET certification, or willing to get it within 120 days of hire
• Availability across weekday mornings, weekday evenings, weekends, holidays, and late closes (open availability preferred)
• Able to work 6–8 hr shifts on your feet and carry up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: 1+ yr serving/restaurant experience, POS experience, interest in golf
