Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a vital link between the kitchen and guests, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Your enthusiasm for food, beverages, and guest relations will create memorable moments that keep patrons coming back. FULL AND PART TIME HOURS EVENING AND WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverage options
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations following sanitation standards; bus tables as needed to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus. Ideally 1 year experience perferd.
• management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach.

Pay: $2.83 - $28.61 per hour
