Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and previous food service experience. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guests’ satisfaction throughout their meal
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions responsibly

Experience

• Prior food service experience is required, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations and customer interaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle stressful situations professionally
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
