SERVER

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.

• Present menus, explain drink and food items and make recommendations when required.

• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system with minimal delay.

• Serve beverages and food items following H Bar service standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service and respond promptly to any guest request or complaint.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned sections, tables, and bar floor.

• Reset tables quickly and efficiently for the next service.

• Ensure all mise in place is prepared and restocked before and after service.

• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and waste management.

• Coordinate with bar, and kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.

• Promote daily specials, signature cocktails, and premium upsell items
