About the Role:

As a Server within the management of companies and enterprises sector, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for clients and guests. Your primary objective will be to efficiently take orders, serve food and beverages, and address customer needs with professionalism and attentiveness. You will act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects the company’s standards. Your role is vital in fostering positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business and enhance the company’s reputation.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities:

Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns or special requests.
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and support during busy periods.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe dining environment.

Skills:

The required communication skills enable you to interact effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met promptly. Your basic math skills are essential for accurately processing payments and managing billing.
