Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional food and beverage service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied. Whether taking orders, mixing drinks, or ensuring smooth operations behind the bar and dining area, you’ll be a vital part of delivering top-tier hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections, offering recommendations when appropriate to enhance their experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols
• Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at shift end
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and promote sales through friendly upselling techniques
• Collaborate with team members during busy shifts to ensure efficient service flow in both nightclub or banquet settings

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking or ordering transportation for intoxicated patrons.
• Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, bar area, work areas, and tables.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Service oriented, must have a professional attitude, you will be dealing with high-end customers.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and responsible serving policies.
• Constantly check drink quality, consistency and presentation.
• Be familiar with all beverage-related procedures and equipment.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods using strong time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper serving techniques
• Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus, along with familiarity with brewing or hospitality environments
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
