Server

BOSS Mediterranean Grill is looking for an upbeat, friendly, and attentive Server to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine knowledge and appreciation of Mediterranean cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen
• Have a strong understanding of Mediterranean dishes, ingredients, and flavors
• Answer guest questions and make knowledgeable menu recommendations
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Monitor guests throughout their meal and respond quickly to their needs
• Work efficiently and accurately during busy service periods
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous serving/waitressing experience preferred
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is required
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fast, efficient, and able to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment
• Ability to remain calm and positive during high-volume periods

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
