Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, workstations, and service areas in accordance with health regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to process sales accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming atmospheres
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills confidently
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training; understanding of sanitation standards and food handling protocols
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required
