What they need
We are seeking highly motivated servers and hosts to join our team. To apply for this customer facing role Mandarin/English ability is a requirement.
As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable dining experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders for food and drinks as well as maintaining a good customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise during their experience, and ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times alongside the rest of the Front of House team.
