Lead Server (Service Supervisor) | Full-Time | Hourly + Tips

Tito’s is looking for a motivated, hands-on Lead Server to help lead our team and deliver a great guest experience. This is a full-time position focused primarily on Front of House (FOH) leadership, while working closely with the Back of House (BOH) team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support FOH staff during service
• Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality
• Assist with training and coaching team members
• Coordinate with BOH to maintain efficient service and communication
• Help resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive dining experience
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Step in wherever needed to support the team and restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
• Cooking or kitchen experience is a plus
• Experience working with both FOH and BOH teams

Requirements

• Must have a current Food Handler Card or be able to obtain one upon hire
• Must have a current OLCC Permit or be able to obtain one upon hire
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
