As a Server/ Bartender you will continue to create positive guest experiences, have the ability to create cocktails for seasonal menus, and have fun at work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to patrons at the bar.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar area.

Requirements

• Previous experience Serving is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of various beverage recipes, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in alignment with business hours.
