· Flexible Availability - Availability for a variety of Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Evening, and Weekend shifts is preferred.

What You'll Do

· Deliver attentive, genuine, and friendly hospitality throughout the entire guest experience.

· Welcome and acknowledge guests throughout the restaurant - not just the guests sitting in your section.

· Learn our food, cocktail, whiskey, and beverage programs so you can confidently explain and recommend menu items.

· Sell the experience by making thoughtful recommendations, offering add-ons, and helping guests discover something they will love.

· Learn whether guests are local, first-time visitors, or returning regulars and look for opportunities to build a relationship.

· Read your tables, anticipate needs, and create special moments whenever possible.

· Properly enter and course orders to support great timing and execution.

· Communicate immediately with managers when something isn't right so we have the opportunity to make it right.

· Maintain clean, organized, fully stocked work areas throughout the shift.

· Support your teammates and jump in wherever the business needs you.

· Take pride in every plate, every drink, every interaction, and every guest walking through our doors.

· Invite our guests back and give them a reason to choose Batch Local Kitchen again.
