Server – Kawa Revolving Sushi

Job Description

Kawa Revolving Sushi is looking for friendly, reliable, and professional servers to join our team! We are seeking team members who are passionate about customer service and committed to providing an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities

* Greet guests warmly and professionally.
* Assist guests with our revolving sushi concept and tablet ordering system.
* Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests.
* Process payments accurately and responsibly.
* Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
* Restock supplies and prepare assigned sections for service.
* Complete all assigned side work and closing duties.
* Work cooperatively with other team members.

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and multitasking skills.
* Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed.
* Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Available Shifts

Part-Time

* Morning: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
* Evening: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM or closing

Full-Time

* 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Break
* 4:30 PM – Closing

Sunday shifts begin at 11:30 AM. Schedules are based on business needs.

Compensation:

* Estimated total earnings: $25–$35 per hour, including base hourly pay and tips.
* Actual earnings vary based on tips, hours worked, and business volume.
* Training pay will be discussed during the interview and will comply with applicable wage laws.
