Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to fine dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability for assigned tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently.
