Server

Anniston Country Club is seeking a friendly, attentive, and dependable Server to join our team and provide excellent dining service to our members and their guests.

Position Details

• Pay: $10.00 per hour
• Additional Compensation: Servers receive a share of the service charge that is added to each check.
• Member Tips: There is also an opportunity to earn additional tips at the member’s discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to members and their guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Process checks and payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other club staff.
• Follow Anniston Country Club’s service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Help create a positive and enjoyable experience for every member and guest.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food and beverage trays as needed.
