Job Description:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using Square POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest relations effectively
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
