Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether in a fine dining setting or a lively nightclub, your ability to engage with customers and provide top-notch service will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring the presentation meets our high standards.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing helpful recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing excellent guest services.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of guest services.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Strong cash handling skills and experience operating a cash register.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette or experience in a nightclub setting is a plus.
• A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items to better assist guests.
• Strong upselling abilities that contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and overall sales.

Pay: $21.62 - $24.22 per hour
