Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth.

Weekends and lunch shifts available. Must be able to work lunch shifts W-F all year long

Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash register systems as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Buss tables promptly after guests leave to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new patrons.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions confidently.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in both the dining area and kitchen as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
• Familiarity with cash register operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A passion for fine dining experiences and attention to detail is essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
