We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them to ensure a positive first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver efficient service without compromising quality

Requirements

• Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Basic understanding of the food industry’s standards for serving, upselling, and guest interaction
• Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is key
