Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and meet guest preferences
• Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
• Assist with bar management duties as needed, including stock replenishment, inventory checks, and organizing supplies
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, brewing processes, and cocktail mixology techniques to educate guests and elevate their experience
• Support catering or banquet events by serving food and beverages professionally in high-volume settings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or casual hospitality
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Demonstrated expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Previous experience in bar management or catering is a plus but not required
• Hospitality industry experience with a focus on spirits, brewing, or beverage service is highly desirable
