We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth restaurant flow. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including spirits, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by recommending specials, drinks, or desserts based on guest preferences
• Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills during busy service periods
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively while respecting guest preferences
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals confidentl
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality settingy.
• Strong communication skills combined with a team-oriented attitude to ensure seamless service delivery

Pay: $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
