We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable beverage and food recommendations, and seamless transaction processing. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
• Provide expert recommendations on menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety protocols such as food handling and sanitation practices
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and processing tips with POS systems
• Check in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards and ensure a tidy environment

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings, preferably with fine dining or nightclub exposure
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable; cocktail experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beverage service, and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing sales reports
• Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
