Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Square POS system.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent time management skills.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations.
• Assist with hosting duties as needed, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are essential.
