Friday and Saturday 6pm to 11pm.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that our patrons have a delightful dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the establishment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the appropriate order system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to promptly.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Time management abilities to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of service.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the overall dining experience.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members.
