Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a key member of our food service staff, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing guest relations, and ensuring all dining experiences meet our high standards of quality and hospitality. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food safety protocols to answer guest questions confidently
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable dining experience
• Collaborate with team members across front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow sanitation standards diligently to uphold health regulations and ensure guest safety

Experience
Candidates should bring prior restaurant experience with a focus on food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments. Experience with POS systems is highly desirable Strong time management skills are essential for managing multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Previous roles in guest services, host/host positions, or nightclub environments are advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency for cashiering tasks, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences. Food safety certifications or sanitation training are preferred but not mandatory; however, familiarity with food industry standards is expected.
