Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests while ensuring that all service standards are met.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in table service settings.
• Familiarity with Toast and other reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety regulations is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required.
