Location: Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar – Austin, TX

At Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar, we are passionate about delivering high-quality food, warm hospitality, and memorable dining experiences. We’re seeking a professional, enthusiastic Server who not only provides excellent service but also has proven skill in upselling food and beverage offerings to elevate the guest experience and drive sales.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude and create a memorable experience at every table.
• Guide guests through the menu, highlighting specials, signature cocktails, and unique dishes.
• Use upselling and suggestive selling techniques to increase average checks while enhancing the guest experience.
• Ensure every table feels cared for – anticipating needs, manicuring the table, and delivering prompt, attentive service.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth, efficient dining room flow.
• Follow Oasthouse’s service standards, dress code, and hygiene requirements for a polished and professional appearance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Server
• Strong upselling skills with a track record of increasing guest spend through recommendations.
• Outgoing, confident communicator with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy environment.
• Must have current TABC and Food Handler’s certifications.
