Duties

(Servers)

• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as TOAST, Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server stations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, as well as keeping the areas well-stocked.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy hours to coordinate service flow during events like banquets or nightlife gatherings.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables seamlessly.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly, attentive service that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightlife venues.
• Familiarity with TOAST or similar POS systems for processing transactions accurately.
• Experience working with craft beers, wine knowledge, and craft cocktails is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills.
• Experience in catering/banquet/cocktail settings is advantageous for occasional event-based service roles.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food industry knowledge are essential.
• TIPS certification is required by law, and anyone already certified is a bonus.

• Hours of Operation:

Sun/Mon/Wed: 11AM-10PM

Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat: 11AM-2AM

• Weekend/late night availability is a MUST
